Behind this site are Morten Korsaa and the experience from a special career. 35 years of industrial experience, 10 in different leadership roles in large companies, and 25 in analysis and advice to hundreds of companies. Always searching for the smartest way to execute projects has given Morten Korsaa the rare opportunity to study, try, implement, and review many different methods that, over time, have promised to solve all our problems with projects. Besides the industrial experience, Korsaa has contributed to 26 scientific articles, 7 books, and 40+ newspaper articles and is on the review board for an international conference.
